What Is a Voice Actor?
Someone who uses their voice to act. Voice actors read for hundreds of different types of copy, from answering machines to video games. In anime, this is the person who voices a particular character. It is difficult to get into the anime voice acting industry because it’s rather exclusive; because of this, the same person is often used to voice multiple characters in the same anime. Voice actors with a wide vocal range can do this without even piquing your notice.
